Terms and Conditions

Our Terms govern Your access and use of our website, mobile application, contents, associated features, functionalities, user interfaces, downloads, online and offline services (collectively, Our “Services”) provided by Us (the “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) to You (the “User”, “Users”, “You” or “Your”). 

Before You use any of our Services, please read these Terms that are relevant for You so that You understand the legal rights and obligations, as well as the conditions, limitations, and exclusions, that apply to You.

By using any of our Services, You are agreeing to comply with all of the Terms that apply to You.
If You do not agree to Our Terms and privacy policy, You must not use Our Services.

General use - Hong Kong Local transaction

Account Registration

In order to access and use Our Service, You will need to sign-up and create an Account for (i) yourself using Your unique telephone number and email address for verification; or (ii) on behalf of your company, organization, entity, or brand; or (iii) use Your or Your Company’s credentials (e.g., username and password) if provided from a third-party social media platform (e.g., Google, Facebook, etc.). 


You represent, warrant and covenant that all information You provide in connection with creating, accessing and using Your Account is accurate, currently up-to-date and complete. You will promptly update such information if it changes at any point. 


You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account credentials. You accept sole responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account, username or password. You must inform Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to You or any third party arising from Your inability or failure for maintaining Your confidentiality. 


You may not have more than one active Account (defined as a unique telephone number and email address for verification). You are prohibited from selling, trading, assigning or transferring Your Account to another party. 


If You provide any information that is or becomes false, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or violates Our Terms and Privacy Policy, or any applicable law, We may suspend or terminate Your Account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). 


If You do not meet the foregoing Registration requirements, You may not use Our Services. 


Postings

You may create, post, upload, display, publish or share contents including text, messages, descriptions, ratings, reviews, images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, listings (together, “Postings”). 

You acknowledge that You are responsible for any Postings You may submit through the Service, including the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright of any such Postings. 

We are under no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any Postings and assume no responsibility or liability relating to any such Postings. However, We may delete or remove Postings, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason. 

You hereby grant Us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, non-exclusive, unrestricted, unconditional, royalty-free, fully-paid license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, publish, translate, sell, resell, sublicense, create derivative works from, use and exploit all or any portion of Your Postings for any lawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All contents (logos, trade names, trademarks, layout, information, articles, reports, posts, text, data, files, images, scripts, designs, graphics, descriptions, button icons, instructions, illustrations, photographs, audio clips, music, sounds, pictures, videos, advertising copy, URLs, technology, software, interactive features); products and services that are developed or made available for You to view, purchase, or download are copyrightable materials and intellectual properties of Us.


We respect the intellectual property rights of others and accordingly prohibits Users from disseminating, downloading, putting online or transmitting any element that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party.


If You think that any content contains a defamatory or illegal message or that Your

intellectual property rights have been infringed, please inform Us and We shall respond as soon as possible to take action regarding the infringements.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, You will indemnify, defend and hold Us and Our  directors, officers, employees, agents, third-party providers, licensors, partners and successors harmless from and against any and all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, governmental inquiries, investigations, and proceedings and other damages, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees) incurred in connection with any third-party claim, demand, cause of action, suit, investigation, arbitration, or other proceeding (collectively, “Claims”) directly or indirectly arising out of: (a) Your access to or use of the Service or any Third-Party Materials; (b) Your actual or alleged breach of Terms; (c) Your Postings and use of any information that You submit to Us; and/or (d) any fraud, misrepresentation, manipulation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or other violation of any applicable laws in connection with Your use of the Service. 

If You are a Company (or representing a Company), Your obligations hereunder will extend to indemnification based on the acts and omissions of Your employees, consultants and agents.

We may take control of the defense or settlement of any Claim and You will cooperate with Us in defending such Claims. In any event, You will not settle any Claim without Our prior written approval. 

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable to You under any theory of liability, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or otherwise, and whether We were advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses or damages, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.


We will be excused from performance if We are prevented from, or delayed from performing, in whole or in part, as a result of an event or series of events caused by or resulting from force majeure including (i) weather conditions or other elements of nature or acts of God, (ii) acts of war, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorders or rebellion, (iii) quarantines, epidemics, pandemics, (iv) embargoes or labor strikes, or (v) other causes beyond Our reasonable control. 


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Us, for any Claim arising out of or relating to the Terms or the Services, regardless of the form of action, is limited to the greater of (i) Five thousand Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$5,000.00), or (ii) the amount We have actually received as a result of selling Your property through the Service in Twelve months preceding the date on which the Claim arose. 


Modification or Termination of Terms or Services 

We endeavor to keep the Services accessible anytime anywhere for Our Users. 

However, for reasons of technical maintenance and/or security, We may have to fully or partly suspend access to Our Services, temporarily and without notice. The Users’ acceptance of Our Terms shall imply their acceptance of these possible interruptions.

We reserve the right, without notice and in Our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cease any Terms and Services (or any content, function, feature or portion thereof) at any time, for any reason without any obligation or liability to You. 

Where these changes do not significantly and/or negatively affect the Terms under which the Services are provided, the Users may be informed about the changes made, but Your approval shall not be sought.

If We make a material modification to Our Terms and Services, We will inform You by: (i) sending an email to the address associated with Your Account; or (ii) displaying a prominent announcement above the text of Our Terms, as appropriate. After notice of a modification to the Terms has been posted for 30 days, the notice may be removed. If You choose to continue using the Service, You accept Our new Terms, as relevant. 

Dispute & Governing Law

In the event of a Dispute, You will (i) first negotiate in good faith with Us to informally and amicably resolve the Dispute, then (ii) through arbitration before a neutral arbitrator, before (iii) any court trial by a judge or jury. 

Our Terms and Your access to and use of Our Services are governed by, construed and enforced exclusively in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles of any other jurisdiction.

Seller

Our role as vendor

Our role as vendor shall be limited to acting as an intermediation platform between the Users. We shall not act as a reseller of the Pieces and shall not become the owner of the Pieces at any point in time. Each User shall act, at all times, for and on its own behalf and shall never act as an agent or representative of Us. We shall not be a party to the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller, and hereby disclaims liability for such a contract or for its consequences.


Our knowledge regarding each Piece through the Service is highly dependent on information provided to Us by the Seller, and We are not able to and do not carry out exhaustive due diligence on each Piece. We will exercise reasonable care when assessing express statements in Descriptions or Conditions as is consistent with Our role as vendor in the sale and in light of (i) the information provided to Us by the Seller, (ii) scholarship and technical knowledge and (iii) the generally accepted opinions of relevant experts, in each case at the time any such express statement is made.


We work tirelessly to gain and maintain Your trust by creating a safe and reputable marketplace, making best effort to examine the Pieces, taking every control as we can to help prevent counterfeit Pieces from being sold on Our platform, and pulling any at-risk Pieces for further review. Our Piece authentication process is independently conducted in-house by Our team and/or Our affiliated experts. However, We are under no obligation to screen, edit or monitor any Listings and assume no responsibility or liability relating to any such Listings. 


We may accept or reject prior to its being put online, and may delete or remove any Listings, with or without notice, at any time and for any reason, in order to ensure the coherence of Pieces that are offered for sale on Our platform. 

Piece Listing 

You as the Seller acknowledge that You are responsible for any Listings You may submit through the Service, including the legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality and copyright of any such Listings. You warrant that the Piece offered for sale is not counterfeit, not prohibited, would not violate the prevailing laws and regulations, and would not infringe the rights of third parties. 


We shall fully cooperate with brands seeking to track down the source of counterfeit Pieces, which may include, when required by court order or directive of law enforcement, revealing the contact information of Seller submitting counterfeit Piece, or submitting Pieces that have been challenged as infringing, unapproved, suspicious, potentially stolen, or offered for sale in an unauthorized geographic market. 


Should a counterfeit or prohibited Piece be discovered, it shall immediately be withdrawn from circulation and the Seller’s account may be suspended temporarily or permanently. The Seller shall be liable and have to compensate Us for any costs , losses, expenses and damages incurred by Us in relation to any legal action arising in relation to the counterfeit or prohibited Piece. In case of doubt over the authenticity of a Piece, We reserve the right to request from

the Seller any and all documents certifying the authenticity of the Piece and to suspend the Seller’s account until it shall have received these documents. 


Seller undertake to comprehensively, honestly and accurately describe the Piece’s characteristics, condition, brand, origin, and any faulty workmanship, visible alterations, damage or wear, or other attribute of the Piece that a Buyer would reasonably want to know at the time of buying that Piece. You may edit or alter Your Piece details any time after publication of the Piece as long as there is no transaction that is under way (after a Buyer places an order for the Piece). Once a  Piece details has been put online, the Seller must access their account regularly in order to take stock of all pending transactions and monitor them. Should the Seller be unable to connect and monitor their account during an extended period of time, they must inform prospective buyers by using the “Holiday mode” button.


Seller shall determine the Asking price of your Pieces for sale. We may suggest the Seller to alter the Price of a Piece in order to make it coherent with the prices of other Pieces listed on the platform and with the market’s expectations in general, making reference to similar Pieces based on condition, age and brand which reflect their secondary market value. The Sellers may accordingly agree or discuss the Prices with Our experienced crew for advice. Any alteration of a Price shall only become effective upon acceptance by the Seller. Throughout the sale process, the Seller shall have full visibility over and must confirm each time that they accept the Asking Price and the corresponding Fee Structure. 


Where the Price of the Piece is viewed in a currency that is different from the Seller’s listing currency, the displayed Price may be inclusive of a ten percent (10%) currency conversion fee payable by the Buyer. For example, if the Buyer uses a SGD credit card or other payment method to purchase a Piece displayed in HKD, the Buyer’s card issuer or bank may apply a currency conversion fee or foreign transaction fee with respect to such purchase.

Piece Purchase Order

Seller will be informed once a Buyer has made a legitimate confirmation of Purchase Order and payment to Us. 

In case of a confirmed or potential bank card fraud, We may cancel an order, the Buyer will be informed by email about the measures taken by Us, and the Piece will be put back on sale in the Seller’s account.

Packing & Shipping

Seller should send the Piece to Us within forty-eight (48) hours following the confirmation of the Purchase Order, and share with Us the shipping proof. 

If the Seller ships the Piece later than forty-eight (48) hours, We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. 

If the Piece is not received by Us within seven (7) calendar days following confirmation of the Purchase Order, We may cancel the Order, inform the Buyer and in such case the Buyer may be refunded.
Should the Piece reach Us after the Order is canceled, and should the Seller wish to get their Piece back, We may bill the Seller, per Piece, a handling fee of Five hundred Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$500.00) plus the costs of sending the Piece back to the Seller. After receipt of the payment, We shall send the Piece back to the Seller within fifteen (15) working days. 


Seller is responsible for all packing and shipping costs and fees to ensure the Piece reaches Us in its best resalable condition for inspection, then to be delivered to the Buyer. 

Seller may handily drop off Pieces at our OwnPiece Headquarter (OP HQ), post to us by any courier services and logistic providers, or across our strong networks of partner-spots, per Our instructions.


We may, without charge, wrap Pieces with basic care for hand carry purposes. 

And We may, at Your expense and as instructed by You, provide packing, handling, insurance and shipping services or coordinate with shipping agents in order to facilitate the shipping. Any such instruction, whether or not made at Our recommendation, is entirely at Your risk and responsibility and We will not be liable for acts or omissions of third party packers or courier services and logistic providers. 

We disclaim any liability towards the Seller in case of damage caused to a Piece or loss

of a Piece during its transit to Us until We receive the Piece in its best resalable condition for inspection. 


No object should be enclosed other than the Piece and the accessories sold with it, in particular

no promotional or advertising documentation whatsoever. 

Piece Inspection

Seller undertakes to only deliver Pieces that are in its best resalable condition for inspection.

We shall be entitled to bill the Seller for reasonable costs incurred in cleaning the Piece and shall deduct these costs from the sum that would be due to the Seller. 


If, at the time of the inspection, We notice that the Piece does not comply with the Piece details drawn up by the Seller, We may cancel the Transaction and refund the Buyer. We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. Should the Transaction be canceled, and should the Seller wish to get their Piece back, We may bill the Seller, per non-compliant and/or counterfeit Piece, a handling fee of One Thousand Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$1000.00) plus the costs of sending the Piece back to the Seller. After receipt of the payment, We shall send the Piece back to the Seller within fifteen (15) working days. 


Should there be no reply from the Seller regarding the non-compliant and/or counterfeit Piece within fifteen (15) working days from the date of Transaction cancellation, the Piece will be considered as forfeited and to be handled in OwnPiece sole discretion. 



After a legitimate inspection of the Piece, We shall deliver the Piece to the Buyer on Seller’s behalf.

Faulty Delivery or Receipt 

In case of a faulty delivery or receipt of the Piece, for instance because the receipient address provided by the Buyer is incorrect; or the parcel is sent back due to non-acceptance by the Buyer, We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. 


In case of a Buyer claiming and complaining that a Piece does not comply with the Piece details drawn up by the Seller, within forty-eight (48) hours following the legitimate receipt of the Piece; or the Piece turns out to be counterfeit or prohibited after examining the Buyer’s claim, We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. 


In case at the time of the re-inspection, We notice that the Piece does not comply with the Piece details drawn up by the Seller, We may cancel the Transaction and refund the Buyer. We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. Should the Transaction be canceled, and should the Seller wish to get their Piece back, We may bill the Seller, per non-compliant and/or counterfeit Piece, a handling fee of One Thousand Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$1000.00) plus the costs of sending the Piece back to the Seller. After receipt of the payment, We shall send the Piece back to the Seller within fifteen (15) working days. 


Should there be no reply from the Seller regarding the non-compliant and/or counterfeit Piece within fifteen (15) working days from the date of Transaction cancellation, the Piece will be considered as forfeited and to be handled in OwnPiece sole discretion. 


We reserve the right to suspend the Seller’s account until any outstanding fees are paid and any false or inaccurate information is corrected. 


In case of a claim or complaint by the Buyer, We shall be entitled to withhold payment to the Seller until the claim or complaint shall have been resolved. 


Applicable Tax

Transaction may be subject to sales tax, use tax, excise tax, or other taxes or custom duties in some jurisdictions. We may display an “Estimated Tax” to be collected at check out when confirming an order, if applicable and foreseeable. It is Your responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due. 

Reward Payout

We shall receive money paid by the Buyer for the Purchase of the Piece. Following the Buyer’s confirmation of the receipt of the Piece, or when there’s no appeal raised within forty-eight (48) hours following the legitimate receipt of the Piece, We shall transfer to the Seller the sum after deducting any sum of money due and/ or outstanding regarding the Transaction, according to the Fee Structure at the time when the Transaction occurs, by direct deposit to your designated PayPal/ bank account.


The Seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of the banking information entered and We cannot be held liable should the Seller make a mistake. Please note that the family name and the first name of the Seller must correspond to those of the bank account in order for the transfer to be authorized by the bank involved. 


By using Our services, the Seller agrees to the terms and conditions of PayPal which is the payment provider retained by Us for the payout transactions of Sellers.


Should the Seller opt for payment by a bank transfer into their bank account, additional bank costs may be charged. The Seller should check the terms applicable to such transactions with the banking establishment that holds the bank account involved. 


Sellers should note that the money that is due to them shall not be credited immediately into their PayPal/ bank account due to processing and handling working days.

Please note that the adoption of a new Fee Structure shall not give rise to any refunds for Transactions that were completed previously.

We shall inform the Users by email and notification, upon any receipt and payout of the money.

Buyer 

Our role as vendor

Piece Condition & Verification

You as the Buyer understand that the information concerning the Piece is provided by the Sellers in their original language. The original language of the Piece Details shall prevail in case of any contradiction or conflict with a translation. We disclaim any liability for the translation that is proposed, which shall be provided for information purposes only. All representations or statements made as to the origin, date, age, size, medium, attribution, genuineness, provenance, condition or estimated selling price of any Piece, are statements of opinion only. All photographic representations and other illustrations presented are solely for guidance only and are not to be relied upon in terms of tone or color or necessarily to reveal any imperfections or defects in the Piece. Piece may be of an age or nature that precludes their being in pristine condition and some make reference to damage and/or restoration. 


We shall fully cooperate with brands seeking to track down the source of counterfeit Pieces, which may include, when required by court order or directive of law enforcement, revealing the contact information of Seller submitting counterfeit Piece, or submitting Pieces that have been challenged as infringing, unapproved, suspicious, potentially stolen, or offered for sale in an unauthorized geographic market.


If, at the time of the inspection, We notice that the Piece does not comply with the Piece details drawn up by the Seller, We may cancel the Transaction and refund the Buyer. We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. 

Purchase Payment

In order to make a Purchase, You may be asked to supply certain relevant information, such as Your credit card number and its expiration date (or other acceptable payment method that We make available to You from time to time), Your billing address and Your shipping information. 


By providing a credit card or other acceptable payment method, You represent and warrant that You are authorized to use the designated payment method and that You authorize Us (or Our third-party payment processor) to charge Your payment method for the total amount of Your Purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges). Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Purchase. If the payment method cannot be verified, or is invalid, or is not acceptable, We will inform You of the issue, and if We are unable to resolve the issue, Your Purchase may be suspended or terminated. If You want to change or update payment information associated with Your Account, You can do so at any time by logging into Your Account and editing Your payment information. 


In the event that the amount of a Purchase exceeds the total credit or funds available in Your payment account, You may be subject to overdraft or non-sufficient funds charges by the bank issuing Your payment method. We are not responsible for these charges and are unable to assist You in recovering them from Your issuing bank. 


Where the Price of the Piece is viewed in a currency that is different from the Seller’s listing currency, the displayed Price may be inclusive of a ten percent (10%) currency conversion fee payable by the Buyer. For example, if the Buyer uses a SGD credit card or other payment method to purchase a Piece displayed in HKD, the Buyer’s card issuer or bank may apply a currency conversion fee or foreign transaction fee with respect to such purchase.


Throughout the sale process, the Buyer shall have full visibility over and must confirm each time that they accept the Asking Price and the corresponding Fee Structure. We shall inform the Users by email and notification, upon any receipt and payout of the money.


The Buyer’s confirmation of a Purchase Order shall be tantamount to signature of a Transaction contract, subject to conditions precedent, including a legitimate receipt of the Piece by Us and a positive outcome of the compliance inspection. Buyer does not have any right to withdraw from the Transaction and the Transaction is not entitled to be canceled, unless in the events of (i) Failed inspection (ii) Faulty delivery (iii) Non-compliant or counterfeit Pieces, upon sufficient evidence. 

By making a Purchase, You represent that the applicable products or services will be used only in a lawful manner. We shall be entitled to reject any Order from a Buyer with whom there is an outstanding dispute concerning payment for a previous Order, or concerning a Piece for which there is a blatant error in the sale Price. In that case, the Buyer shall be informed about the measures taken by Us. We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. 

Applicable Tax

Transaction may be subject to sales tax, use tax, excise tax, or other taxes or custom duties in some jurisdictions. We may display an “Estimated Tax” to be collected at check out when confirming an order, if applicable and foreseeable. It is Your responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due. 

Delivery

Seller should send the Piece to Us within forty-eight (48) hours following the confirmation of the Purchase Order, and share with Us the shipping proof. 

After a legitimate inspection of the Piece, We shall deliver the Piece to the Buyer on Seller’s behalf.


Buyer are responsible for all delivery costs and fees. 

Buyer may handily pick up Pieces at our OwnPiece Headquarter (OP HQ); or across our strong networks of partner-spots per Our instructions; or may opt for having Your orders be delivered by certain courier services and logistic providers per Our instructions. Please ensure that You provide Us with an accurate delivery address and phone number when You place Your order. We may require a presentation of identification prior to dispatching the Piece to You. Once Your order is dispatched, We will send You a tracking number so You can follow your Order.


For local orders within Hong Kong, SF Express (Receiver pays upon delivery) will normally be used; or by a courier service approved by Us. 

For international orders, SF Express will normally be used or by a courier service approved by Us. Shipping fee will be charged separately upfront based on the calculated feed and shall vary depending on the country to which the Orders are to be delivered. The Buyer shall be duly informed about all applicable and foreseeable fees at the time of placing their Order.

Please note that all Pieces entering a foreign location may be subject to customs inspection and assessment of taxes and duties in accordance with local regulations. Buyers will be responsible for all customs related charges including customs handling charges, goods and services tax and/or duties.


In the event of returned delivery caused by incorrect delivery address provided by Buyer or refused delivery by recipients, Buyer shall be responsible for payment of all return charges and any return taxes and/or duties incurred, plus a handling fee of Five hundred Hong Kong Dollars (HKD$500.00) to be billed to the Buyer. We reserve the right to suspend the Buyer’s account until any outstanding fees are paid and any false or inaccurate information is corrected. 


Should the Buyer not receive the Piece within thirty (30) days following the confirmation of the Purchase Order, the Buyer may inform Us to rectify the situation within a reasonable timescale. We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. We may then cancel the Transaction and refund the Buyer. 


Should the Buyer receive the Piece whereas the Transaction has already been canceled, we will conduct human intervention to follow up the case. We will coordinate with Buyer in good faith the arrangement of the return. We undertake to refund the Price of the Piece that is legitimately returned, within fifteen (15) working days following Our receipt of the complete Piece in its original dispatch condition. 


We may be excused from performance if We are prevented from, or delayed from performing, in whole or in part, as a result of an event or series of events caused by or resulting from (a) weather conditions or other elements of nature or acts of God, (b) acts of war, acts of terrorism, insurrection, riots, civil disorders or rebellion, (c) quarantines, epidemics, pandemics, (d) embargoes or labor strikes, or (e) other causes beyond Our reasonable control. In the event that We are temporarily unable to ship to You a purchased Piece because of such an event, We will give You the option of deferring shipment or receiving a refund of Your charges if and as applicable in accordance with Our then-current policies.


Buyer must check (or commission the person who receives the Product on their behalf to check) the apparent state of the packaging of the Piece upon receipt, before signing the form tendered by the courier. Buyer should keep all the elements that were delivered in the state in which they were delivered to it, with all their accessories received with the Piece in their original dispatch condition, as well as a copy of the delivery note.

Return & Refund   

In case of a Buyer claiming and complaining that a Piece does not comply with the Piece details drawn up by the Seller, Buyer must inform Us within forty-eight (48) hours following the legitimate receipt of the Piece. We will conduct human intervention to follow up the case


Buyer must explain in what way and to what extent the Piece does not correspond to the

Piece Details and must provide photographs enabling their assertions to be substantiated.

Should the claim of non-compliance of the Piece appear justified, We shall authorize the Buyer to return the Piece back to Us. We will coordinate with Buyer in good faith the arrangement of the return. 


Upon receipt of the Piece, We shall inspect it to determine whether it is truly non-compliant with the Piece Details. 

If the Piece is found non-compliant, We shall inform the Seller, cancel the Transaction and refund the Buyer. We undertake to refund the Price of the Piece that is returned, within fifteen (15) working days following Our receipt of the complete Piece. 



If the Piece is still found compliant, the Transaction is still valid, We will inform the Buyer of the re-inspection outcome and coordinate with Buyer in good faith the arrangement of the re-delivery. Should there be no reply from the Buyer regarding the compliant Piece re-delivery within fifteen (15) working days from the date of informing re-inspection outcome, the Piece will be considered as forfeited and to be handled in OwnPiece sole discretion. 


We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return & refund cases.

In Your dealings with Us, we Retain records of Your online transactions for auditing purposes. Our policy is to retain the information for a reasonable period required for auditing purposes. We do not offer online facilities for You to delete personal data held by Us.
